New other - missing the original exhaust hanger so comes with a universal hanger, this is round rather than oval so the fit is not perfect (may require a spacer- not included) . Otherwise you can always order a hanger from Arrow if you don't want to use that. Also the spring is not Arrow but brand new and fits perfectly. (priced accordingly)
